Opt In Custom Newsletters - This is also from InterestAlert.  This ASP  system lets you put a form on your site to collect your visitors email addresses so you can send them a regular newsletter.  Custom Newsletters can be completely designed by you, in html or text.  All bounced mail, opt in and unsubscribe functions are handled automatically.  Cost is $250 to $1200 a year depending on # of newsletters sent.
